Oh, I was not paid to leave this review and do not receive any kickback (or "Perk") for doing so. I have been a HUGE Pilot G-2 fan for many years. |

| Answer: | If you are cooking them because you chew on the end of your pen, I suggest that you take the pen apart and just cook the end that you chew on, to soften it up a bit, and then screw it back together. Boiling for maybe one to two minutes should do the trick. Be careful not to deform the plastic or you won't be able to reassemble the pen. Chewing on your pen is not a good practice but probably not as bad as chewing on a pencil and getting paint and splinters in your mouth. Have you considered seeing a therapist to address the root of the the problem? |

In a couple of places there was a little bleeding of the ink. I have never had a problem with the pens. Pilot is my favorite brand. So if you really need a waterproof pen, then I say do not buy these. They are great pens and they do not smear or bleed when you write with them or put your hand over the ink. I hope this helped.
