Question:	Is the pressure that is required to use this pen the same as the regular Zebra Sarasa 1.0mm? I had a hand injury and need to apply little pressure
Answer:	Not familiar with the Sarasa 1.0mm. The Z-grip pens require a normal amount of pressure. I do a lot of writing and the pressure doesn't bother me, but I've not had a hand injury so I can't speak to that. To go with less pressure I'd think you need a gel based pen like the pilot G-2 pen. I love the G-2's as well but it's a lot thicker line, which may not always be convenient.
Question:	What color is the barrel? Is it tinted black or is it clear and completely transparent
Answer:	We recently transitioned the ZEBRA Z-Grip Retractable Ballpoint pen from a clear barrel with oil based ink, to a translucent tinted barrel with low viscosity ink. We cannot guarantee that all of our customers inventory has transitioned.

Answer:	Hi David, these Z-Grips are ballpoint pens and do not contain gel ink. If you're looking for a gel pen, I would recommend our Sarasa gel pens that DO contain fast drying ink that's tested by an independent 3rd party lab to be faster or as fast as the competition.

Answer:	I don't know. The box doesn't say. Just gives the description as "liquid ink formula." Oh, and the color--black. It tells how to use the pens on a plane--in English and Spanish--but nothing about saving the writing for posterity.

Answer:	This is a hard plastic pen. It's very light, however, so I don't find there to be any problems holding or using it.

Answer:	It is better use a permanent pen, like Sharpie or similar, if you want to write on smooth glossy surface.

Answer:	Shouldn't be a "break in" period. Have you tried multiple pens? All of mine have been very smooth.

Answer:	Thought I would chime in here. My last order for a dozen of these Pilot G-2 pens was roughly in October of 2018. I am re-ordering because I am down to my last one but it is still going strong. I work from home and use these pens A LOT. Oh, I was not paid to leave this review and do not receive any kickback (or "Perk") for doing so. I have been a HUGE Pilot G-2 fan for many years.
Question:	How do I properly cook this
Answer:	If you are cooking them because you chew on the end of your pen, I suggest that you take the pen apart and just cook the end that you chew on, to soften it up a bit, and then screw it back together. Boiling for maybe one to two minutes should do the trick. Be careful not to deform the plastic or you won't be able to reassemble the pen. Chewing on your pen is not a good practice but probably not as bad as chewing on a pencil and getting paint and splinters in your mouth. Have you considered seeing a therapist to address the root of the the problem?

Answer:	As a teacher I was a many year and prolific user of Pilot G2s. They smeared a bit but I loved them. Bought the Sharpie S-Gel multipack to try and I will never go back to G2s. These write just as smooth, just as bright and do not smear. My only complaint is that refills are hard to find. I’m sure as they catch on, that will be remedied.

Answer:	I have been using these pens for years. Everyone that borrows one of them from me, wants to keep it. It is very comfortable pen to write with. You do not have to push hard because the ink flow is perfect. In my opinion this pen makes it fun to write. I buy them by the box. Plus the blue color is crisp and clear.

Answer:	I have a latex allergy and used these pens for a long time without any trouble at all.

Answer:	Hi Scotty, the ULTRA MICRO POINT are 0.38mm, the thinnest, finest line out of all the Signo 207's. The next size UP is the MICRO point, followed by the MEDIUM point, and lastly the BOLD point being the thickest, boldest line on paper. I own all these sizes, with various colors and have been using these pens for at least 15 yrs. In my opinion, they are the best on the market, with the added bonus of having the ink permeate the paper fibers, hence deterring "check-washing", since the colors won't bleed out. I love them...... I won't use anything else. Hope this helps.
Question:	Any manage to solve this constant skipping. Ball never wants to roll properly for too long
Answer:	I've been buying these pens for quite a while now, and every once in a while (Maybe one pen out of 5?) the pen skips horribly. I've found a way to salvage the faulty pens, however: Find a pen that wrote smoothly that is almost out of ink, and have the faulty pen in hand. Remove the clear cartridges (with a white tip) from each pen, and find a way to have them both stand upright. Remove the white tips from each cartridge, and transfer the tip that worked (wrote smoothly) to the cartridge full of ink (that belonged to the faulty pen). Then put the new cartridge into the pen casing and you're good to go. It takes a bit of pulling to get the tip out, but it doesn't take long to do, maybe five minutes. Not a perfect solution, but it's a way to salvage a full cartridge of ink.
