| Answer: | That depends on the paper you are using. Napkins or other similar tissue will certainly bleed though, but a 20-pound bond (the paper commonly used in inkjet printers) will not. They don't bleed though photographic paper, either. I've been using Flair pens for 40 years, and the biggest bleed problem I've had is the bleeding that happens in a shirt pocket if the cap come off. Never put them away without the cap. |
