Answer:	I use a medium sized safety pin to remove the eraser when it gets too small to get a grip on it with my fingernails. Any strong needle will do the same. Just push the needle into the eraser at an angle and wiggle it out.

Answer:	As a teacher I was a many year and prolific user of Pilot G2s. They smeared a bit but I loved them. Bought the Sharpie S-Gel multipack to try and I will never go back to G2s. These write just as smooth, just as bright and do not smear. My only complaint is that refills are hard to find. I’m sure as they catch on, that will be remedied.
