| Answer: | No, actually it is not comfortable at all. I do a lot of writing drawing and diagramming and my writing fingers started getting a burn. Also I hold pencils closer to the bottom and its almost impossible to do with this pencil. The heaviness of it is great, but its cumbersome for me to use without a rubber cover or something |

| Answer: | Wobbly may be a bit of an exaggeration but there can be a bit of movement in the tip. I have a two Graph Gear 1000's, one tip has no movement and the other has maybe a 1/2 mm movement. The movement is imperceptible while writing though, at least for me. |

| Answer: | The eraser is located under the silver cap at the top. Being a drafting pencil, the eraser is very small (~4mm) and is designed for fixing small mistakes without erasing anything else. | Answer: | You must be careful to not mistake the little 'pusher' piece, which is white and tiny, in the lead sleeve for lead. The pusher piece will stick out a short distance when there is NO lead in the pencil, but DO NOT get rid of this, or the pencil won't work. I watched a YOUTUBE video on how to load the lead and I figured it out, I just looked for Pentel Graphgear 1000 load lead, or something similar. One would think, though this isn't complicated, the mfr would put some sort of information or instructions with it, sometimes one can be just too clever for one's own good. Or, perhaps Pentel thinks we are all intuitive and of genius level - that is dangerous thinking. On the positive side, the pencil feels pretty good in the hand; I bought the set of 4 , one set for my wife and one set for myself. |

| Answer: | Sure. . .but you do have to gently pull on the eraser part to extract it from the metal shell. I've used these pencils for years and just love em'. Not sure why but this was always my pencil of choice when I was working my way through school on to becoming an engineer. Doesn't hurt to have one of those larger hand held erasers for emergency's though! |

| Answer: | Yes, I've used it on tests plenty of times. The pencil itself has no effect on the scantron, it's about what lead you put in the pencil. Pretty much any HB lead will scan on tests! The lead that comes inside this pencil will scan, as will all Pentel HB leads. |

| Answer: | This product contains all 8 pencils pictured. There is a purple, darker blue, light blue, green. yellow. orange, pink, and red. I think the yellow is a bit light colored for white paper, but the rest work fine even on white. The yellow works well on darker colored papers. It is not bright enough on typical book paper to use as a highlighter. The rest work fine for detailed highlighting and just general purpose highlighting as well as writing and drawing. I have been very pleased with this set. It is difficult to get the leads though, but they come with three per pencil which lasts for quite a while. The leads can be ordered in packs of 10 of each color. The problem is you need to order all 8 leads as a set. I usually use the green and red far more than the rest so I am starting to develop a collection of the rest of the colors. |
