Answer:	The pilot v pen appears to be exactly the same as the varsity pen. The v pen appears to be marketed in Japan, whereas the varsity is marketed in USA. The v pen is available in a fine nib or medium nib, whereas the varsity pen seems to be available only in medium. The varsity pen comes in colors, whereas I've never seen the v pen in colors. So to answer your question, if you pop off the business end of the pen and use an eyedropper, you can refill it.

Answer:	I am not sure where to find replacement parts. I didn't keep my knife sharpener. I returned mine. I wasn't at all impressed with the product.

Answer:	You can buy ruixin stones on Amazon or eBay. You can buy aluminum backing plates on eBay. Use an epoxy to glue stones to backing plate.

Answer:	I got fair results. Try it. Take your time. My knife has a very small recurve & I'm new to sharpening with a clamp in system since I got arthritis. I could not sharpen with this sharpener & slice paper so I got the KME with diamond stones & I'm very happy. Sold & sent all the chinese knock offs back. You can pick up a Lansky or Gatco system with diamond stones with a serrated stone about $80 almost as good as KME. Whatever you get Amazon has a pretty good return policy.

Answer:	All are wet stones. Only issue is those mounted to the retention block. I soak the bare stones but only do a quick rinse with the mounted stones. The comments for dry use are usually just when doing the quick magic marker test. The residual water tends to wash away the color.

Answer:	It can, but I would only use the fine point sharpener to touch up the blade. You will eventually have to use a round file type sharpener to bring out the serrations again.

Answer:	I had the same problem with a different model of the X-ACTO electric pencil sharpener. I used the method in the video, except that I used a rubber washer. It now works. I recommend buying this pencil sharpener if you enjoy fixing things.

Answer:	The X-Acto Electric Pencil Sharpener does not sharpen certain pencils evenly. Usually, I found the standard #2 pencil sharpens best. Other pencils of lesser diameter sometimes do not sharpen enough to be usable.

Answer:	The boots have a felt liner, which is not a wicking material so the boots themselves won't take the sweat off your feet, but if you wear a pair of socks that wick the moisture from your feet, then yes. Note that these are extremely warm boots, so if foot sweat is a problem for you, I'd suggest you consider a lighter pair of Sorels and a good pair of wicking socks. I wouldn't recommend cotton socks in any boot.
Question:	What are the improvements in this version vs. the older version
Answer:	These are fairly heavy boots. I used these when I went to the interior of Antarctica. I was never cold and I skied in these boots, with special bindings for all-terrain cross country. So, if your wife does not mind that each boot is 3 lbs, they will keep her very warm. Otherwise, there are lighter Sorel boots. I loved these for my purpose, but they are big and heavy.

Answer:	These are wonderful boots for very cold conditions, but are very heavy for walking. Good for ice fishing and snowmobiling. I wore ice cleats over them for walking on ice as the rubber is fairly hard.
