Question:	Is it difficult to clean
Answer:	Hi, if the colored pencils is within 6-8mm diameter and the pencil lead is not too soft, then this pencil sharpener is suitable for it.
Question:	what is the warranty and will this stand up to classroom use
Answer:	No, nor will it work with Dixon's Tri-Conderoga's or similar triangular pencils.
Question:	Does it require two hands to use
Answer:	I selected the 2 pack, but received two different types of sharpeners. 1 was the metal product shown in the picture and the other was a plastic snap on lid.
Question:	Will this work for Prisma colored pencils
Answer:	Staedtler is a German drafting supply company. They have had the highest quality precision products forever. I used these in college 25 years ago and just ordered two more for my kids to use. I'm a graphic artist, their mechanical pencils and other items such as compasses and calipers are the best quality you will find. I have items from my dad he used in college in the 50's made by Staedtler my son is now using in school. The best barnone!

Electric Pencil Sharpener with Sharp Point

2. Be sure that shavings box of the pencil sharpener is closed before using.

Answer:	return to Amazon and do not tolerate vendors with poor QC.
Question:	Does this pencil sharpener is great
Answer:	The gears are metal. I have two Z-ACTO pencil sharpeners, one of which is the Teacher Pro Electric. With 26-27 students they last 2-3 years before the metal gears need to be replaced.
Question:	Will this work for softer pencil leads like makeup
Answer:	I have found out, since I just had to replace the one I bought a year ago, that in order for an electric sharpener to last you need to alternate colored pencils with a regular graphite one every five colored pencils. I am not sure, though, if I am going to sharpen many colored pencils with the one I just got.
Question:	Has anyone used this to successfully sharpen prisma colored pencils
Answer:	I have both the Teacher Pro and the School Pro and both work great except the teacher Pro takes longer to sharpen a pencil. Which may not be a problem for home or small use. In a classroom of 26 it is very ANNOYING. If the pencil isn't pushed in far enough - common with 7 yr olds- it takes even longer. Both will clog a little if sharpening pencils with the wrappers on them. But seems to clean out with a little manual rotating. I have had the School Pro (home use) for over 10 years. Thinking of switching them out .
