Answer:	I have not laminated construction paper, however, I have laminated 65lb cardstock using the 4x6 pouches and it laminates well on the 5mil settings. Of course, with this machine, the Sunworks paper cannot be more than 9 inches wide. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Mine stopped working shortly after the 30-day warranty was up. I laminated no more than 10 sheets..

Answer:	For one, the TL901C-T has been recalled
Question:	Can you laminate and then cut the sheet into smaller pieces without the laminating opening up/peeling
Answer:	Sometimes it can peel depending on how/where its used. My solution for laminating smaller pieces of paper or card stock is to either place multiple pieces of small paper in one laminating sheet and then cut around each piece keeping about 1/8in border or using smaller laminating sheets for individual pieces such as 3x5 cards. Question:	What is the work temperature
Answer:	Not sure what you mean by the temperature ... if you are referring to how hot does it get due to the amount of lamination cycles you run through ... I would say that it doesnt really get any hotter on number 70 as it does on number 10. I have been putting it through its paces with both 3 mil and 5 mil (cardstock) papers and it runs great. I would say that we (my wife is a teacher) have done close to 300 and it still works as great as it did on the first one.
Question:	If I use double sided Scotch tape to hold 2 photos back to back will there be an issue with lamination
Answer:	I would be leery about using tape, I personally would put the pictures back to back so that way they could be removed without the adhesive from the tape. I'd also scan them first just in case the pictures aren't replaceable. Just my two cents.

Answer:	It does, though on thicker paper there may be a tiny, clear border around the paper where the two sheets of plastic meet.

Question:	how waterproof does it make the paper? would it survive a trip through the washing machine
Answer:	Well, I use these pouches to laminate work stations for my kindergarteners. They write on the pieces with vis-a-vis markers and then wash and dry them off with paper towels after they're finished. The edges stay sealed and I've never had a problem with water getting inside. I would think something would survive a cycle in the washing machine because these pouches are really thick - much more so than regular laminating film. Good Luck!

Answer:	The pouch is basically the clear sheets you out the paper you want to laminate in. You have to buy them separately on some occasions. They are very common though anf sold in all staples and office supply stores like that. But yea it's the "pouch" that makes the laminated shiny surface happen!

Answer:	Yes!!! It has a specific setting for 3 ml and 5 ml. The 5 ml setting will actually laminate up to 7ml :)

Answer:	Hi, all thermal laminators utilize heated rollers to both melt the laminating adhesive and move the laminating pouch through the machine. A "two roller system" means that the laminator has two heated rollers. A "4 roller system" has 2 heated rollers, and 2 nonheated rollers that improve the finishing quality (by pushing out additional air within the pouch). A "2 roller system" is ideal for most small offices, classrooms, and homes. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The outside ID Window seems secure enough. The opening is very tight, like all of the card slots and inside ID window. The opening sits just below the tab of the closure. As with all things, I can see this pocket loosening-up with time and use. Even then, the "tab" should channel anything that might come loose, up into the closure pocket and back into the window/pocket. I am still very pleased with this purchase. I wish I could say this for all of my online purchases. I hope this helps.
