Answer:	It took a few tries to get the hang of it. I pushed the needle through the shirt tag and squeezed the trigger. Then pulled back on the needle and the plastic piece was thru the tag like I needed.

Answer:	This is really for when something placed inside the box drips significantly. And note there is a raised bottom piece that sits over a depressed collection area — which should be sufficient for collecting moisture in the air condensing on and dripping from chilled or frozen food. The only other situation I can think of would be near-hurricane force winds blowing rain horizontally AND with swirling gusts actually pushing up the lid. There is a protruding lip sticking up from the body of the box, which the lid fits down around, that prevents blown-in rain except in extreme conditions.

The metal latch on top on the delivery box is secured from the inside and cannot be accessed from the outside. The bottom metal clasp on delivery box base that holds the padlock is installed with screws from the outside but the padlock will cover the screws so it is not exposed.
