The new software has been released for now. and it doesn't need Adobe Flash player right now. Pls contact us to get the latest software download link.

Answer:	Of course it is can be hook up to a computer to program. You would better downlowd the program from the flash drive, which is included in the parcel, then install it on your computer. Sometimes it is stocked by anti-virus softwares, you need to type into software to allow the installment, it is safe and trusted. You also could operate it with remote control, point it to top-left corner if you feel like it is not sensetive enough, there is a light-sensor on that point.
