Question:	Why does it say wireless charger but the device has to be plugged in to work. I get that the phone doesnt have to be plugged in but the charger does

Answer:	Have you done a power clean. Turn off the printer wait 30 seconds, then hold power button down for 3-5 seconds it will power back up allow to do it’s thing wait 12 hours then do a nozzle test then print.
