Answer:	It should apply directly to the card once the design is drawn by the glue pen. Once it’s done, and without removing the carrier mat, place the foil over the design, and replace the glue pen with the burnishing tool. Answer:	I couldn't be happier with this printer. You must use quality photo paper. I really love the large prints you can't get with a standard printer.
Question:	Why does product image show a genuine brother box, yet website states "not an oem product
Answer:	I bought this printer through Amazon. There was a feature on it that wasn't working so I called Epson Customer Service. They said it looked like the printer was defective so they sent me a new one while the one I bought from Amazon was in transit using Fedex. Plus, Epson paid for the return postage. Now, that's one fine Customer Service Department!!!
Question:	Does laser ink dry up over time? My original lasted 6 yrs, and now says "toner low". At twice the size with the TN580 here, I wonder
Answer:	I print 140lb card stock on it daily
Question:	is this from brother or is it after market refiles
Answer:	No it doesn't. You can manually make it by flipping the page, and replacing it in the feeder tray.
