Answer:	The spray cleaner in this kit has much less odor than my old bottle that was running out, but completely failed to remove the marks that remained on my whiteboard after using my Expo eraser. It had no impact at all. When I took a closer look at the bottle I noticed that the label says: "SAFER CHOICE Meets US EPA Safer Product Guidelines". The smellier old bottle, which had a few sprays left in it, took them right off, so I would say that the lower odor comes at a high cost in terms of effectiveness.

User questions & answers

Question:	How durable are these? I had some similar to these this year that I bought from a school supply store. They fell apart after using them a few times
Answer:	I'd say they're pretty durable. I have some irascible 4th and 5th graders, each with their own, that I see an hour a day. They flip them up onto the table or floor occassionally, and nobody's broken one yet. But we don't use them all day every day so I'm not sure how they'd hold up with that kind of use. Hope I helped!
Question:	What does it make out of
Answer:	These are made like sponges with a hard black coating on one size.
Question:	Maybe it’s supposed to be obvious, but I don’t see anywhere on this website or the package about which side is the eraser side. Does anyone know
Answer:	Use little bit of water on black side and try to erase, then you have to use a damp cloth to erase it completely. That's how its working for me.
Question:	It states that you can wash them, are there instructions on how to do this
Answer:	I still have an unopened package here and looked inside and on the back of the label but there's no instructions. But I don't think it would be a problem to wash them by hand. The magnet inside is totally enclosed by the felt pad which erasers the board, and the foam piece on top of that. I haven't had to wash any yet, but I would and I don't think it would be an issue. These really are a nice little eraser if you have a white board wall as part of your cube. It's small enough that it doesn't take up much room and it stays on our cube walls which are essentially whiteboard material.
