The frame is very stable & solidly built. It is on rollers & can easily be moved from place to place.the wire bins are strong & sturdy, but light. They are on sliders & can be valid out. Can hold heavier weight than most wire bins I’ve had. Even though this product is study & moveable, it is so heavy that it is hard to move. The top surfaces are waterproof. Have pull places cut into each side. The bottom is metal & is deep enough to keep things from falling off when moving.I use it as a printer stand on top, and storage underneath. It is NOT flimsy fiberboard top.
