Answer:	The lid is hinged, but I would not recommend this box. The top of the lid is for pencils etc, but the lid does not hold shut, so if you don't want to be picking up what ever you store in it, you can't use it. Very cheaply made!

Answer:	No a size 15 would not fit. My husband's shoes are a size 12 and when you slide those in the compartment on the side it takes up a lot of the gym space bag but basically that's what he uses it for just to put his gym gear in it.

Answer:	No, just 9×12 inch construction paper.

Answer:	I don't know. Mine as missing the front plastic piece that snaps the lid shut. I threw it out. I tried to reach the company and amazon about a replacement part and got nowhere. It is a piece of junk.

Answer:	They are very durable. I don't know about a cross country move but I do know that they made a cross town move so if you pack them closer to the top than the bottom, they should be just fine!

Answer:	It is 6. Beware though...Packing is very poor. I'd ordered 2 orders of these sets. First came fine. 2nd had damage to all but 1 box. 3rd replacement order (to replace the damaged set) had several damaged boxes as well.

Answer:	This is for 4 file boxes.
Question:	What are the inside dimentions? Will it hold dcuments 13"Wx11"H
Answer:	I quickly measured the file folder inside the box - 11 1/2" x 9 1/2". If you do not use the hanging file inside to store the file folders, you'd have approximately 1/2" extra space at the bottom and 1/2" at the top. So I would look at the next size up in file boxes, perhaps a legal - size one. Hope this helps!
