Question:	I received the boxes but one box corner is broken why do I have to send all four back
Answer:	take pictures and try to get a discount because of the broken one. the reason they need all four boxes is they come four in a box as if they were one, if the middleman wants his moneyback or credit for the return he has no choice but to follow the rules of the maker

Answer:	The interior measurements are 18" by 14" by just under 11" tall, so you should be okay. The corners and bottom edges are rounded, so you'd lose a little there (maybe 1/4" on each curve), but the object you describe should fit nicely.

Answer:	Our boxes are made of Polypropylene resin which by nature is acid and BPA free. they are made in the USA.

Answer:	While the lid snaps on, it’s not a super airtight fit. Ive used these to store paperwork for clients in my basement storage facility and it keeps the contents from getting any moisture but it’s not suggested for use outdoors because moisture would get into the box in that environment. Answer:	It is 6. Beware though...Packing is very poor. I'd ordered 2 orders of these sets. First came fine. 2nd had damage to all but 1 box. 3rd replacement order (to replace the damaged set) had several damaged boxes as well.

Answer:	I quickly measured the file folder inside the box - 11 1/2" x 9 1/2". If you do not use the hanging file inside to store the file folders, you'd have approximately 1/2" extra space at the bottom and 1/2" at the top. So I would look at the next size up in file boxes, perhaps a legal - size one. Hope this helps!
