Question:	is it water and tear proof
Answer:	I would say no to both of these. The top does not seal shut, and the outside is cloth. The plastic tabs are fairly sturdy, as are the handles, but I would not say tear-proof.
Question:	Photo looks like bottom expands and it could sit up by itself. Is the the case or are reviewers correct and it does not expand at bottom
Answer:	These are two separate questions, really. First, does the bottom expand (at all)? Second, can this organizer be made to stand on its own? The answers are: Yes, it does expand somewhat, but ... No, not enough, to be free-standing.
Question:	How many files will it hold? In other words, what is the expansion capability
Answer:	When it's folded, it's about an 1" wide; when it's fully expanded, the bottom is still 1" wide. I don't have it handy and can't guess at how many files could be stuffed in there, but just keep in mind that the top will open quite wide, but the bottom is still an inch.
Question:	Does it stay standing up
Answer:	Hi, This expanding file holder will only stand up when propped against something else. Hope this helps.

Question:	Do the pockets have something to keep them closed like a clip, zipper or Velcro? And can I keep like a slim black and white book in the pockets
Answer:	No, but they do have a flap that comes from the back side of the pocket, which you can fold over the contents and tuck under the front cover of the pocket. It works quite well, actually. I use these to keep thick, laminated pages in and it does the trick. I’m sure if I shook it hard enough, I could get it to spill out. But assuming you won’t be doing that, it should work just fine.
Question:	Could these be used with a zipper binder, or would the tabs get in the way
Answer:	The binders have 3-hole punch. It's possible to be used with a zipper binder because those binders are bigger than the regular binders. The dimensions are 10" wide with the tab.
Question:	How many sheets of paper is each folder able to hold
Answer:	The company video states 25 sheets will fit in each folder. I have ordered them and when they come, and are put to use, I will update my answer.
Question:	Are these wide enough that the tabs would extend past sheet protectors placed behind them in a binder
