Answer:	Nope 10^4 guesses or break it and buy a new one. Maybe there is a way to carefully take it apart and reset it without knowing it. I figured my kids wouldn't be able to open it because they have a hard enough time with it that 0000 works for me. it isn't that expensive to replace. Looks like you could take two slim pieces of metal (like gap gages) and push it into the center slide them apart to pop it open.

Answer:	If you are sure you know the code, your issue may be able to be resolved very easily. The locking mechanism for this box relies on a small spring to move a locking pawl out of the way of the lid catch. If for any reason there is upward pressure on the lid it cannot unlock. For example, if you placed a tall object inside that is applying pressure upwards from inside the box. In this case simply apply downward force to the top of the lid above the lock. If it still wont open, apply downward force while setting the combo correctly again. Then while tightly holding the box closed tilt it so that the combo lock is facing up. The box should then open. If not; The box can be opened manually in this case. Set the box down on a counter or table with the combo lock side down. Press your thumbs above and below the hinges and pull apart. The hinges are designed to pop apart without damage. At this point the box is still held shut by the lock. You can reach between the now open back half of the box and lid to remove the two Philips screws that hold the lock in place and carefully remove it to open the box. At this point you can see what code the lock had applied to it and also reset it. When you turn the dials you will find that there is a small notch by the shaft it spins on for each wheel. It is to the right. When all of these line up with each other and are centered the lock is set to its current code. If this code doesn't match the one you though it was, that was your issue. Flip the lever on the back of the lock and then set the code you want. Flip the lever back and then verify that the little notches are all aligned. If so, re-assemble the box and you should be good to go.

Answer:	There is a video on this in the description. Open the case. Move the two inside buttons over and down. On the front set the combination. Reset the inside button up. TEST BEFORE closing the case that the lock is engaging on the right number, and opening when the right number is showing. In my case I had to take a pair of scissors to open up the fabric over the inside button, just a bit more, as it had been inserted slightly off.
