Question:	does this open automatically with a transaction
Answer:	YES!! it DOES open if it is connected to a receipt printer. You will then need to go to your printer properties and tell it to open cash drawer and/or enter a drawer code, which could be one of the following: 27, 112, 0, 50, 250. I have my receipt printer connected to a laptop via usb and the drawer connected to the printer. I had to go to settings on my laptop, then printer/devices, click on properties for my printer, then "printing preferences" then "document settings" where I was able to tell it when to open drawer, after printing receipt or before.
Question:	What if you lost your keys to your register
Answer:	You pos has option to do no sale so you can open your drawer without sale. Also if you are using manual register then it would be hard to open cash drawer. It does come with 4 keys so it should be easy to keep one in safe or at home.

Answer:	I use this epoxy resin to fill knots and voids while making hardwood tabletops. I let it dry a couple days and then sand it down progressively using 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 and 220 grit. I then seal the table top surface, sand with 400 grit and continue sealing. Before the last coat, I sand with 600 grit. The result is excellent. I may or may not buff it out using automotive buffing compound, depending on how glossy I want it.

Answer:	I have not tested it, But it claims to be. This is a great way to stash goods in a drawer or on a shelf. The metal is thin, but very strong and weighty. Possibly it is just closed snugly, so I would put some extra effort into opening it. If that doesn't work, get a new one. Or possibly you're an accomplished burglar and can simply pick the lock open to access the keys...

Question:	Is it the same one in the photo? That's the one I'm looking for
Answer:	When you get these boxes the dials are supposed to align at 0. That means 000. If you received one that read 101, it was most likely tampered with or damaged by delivery. If that's the case, your lock box is useless and unreliable. If you put something in it, you literally have to pry it open with a hammer and it becomes garbage. The dials on these aren't made properly and become stuck and loose over time, so you have to fiddle with it. I tell all of my friends the same thing: GO FOR BOXES WITH KEYS. At least with keys you can give one to your partner (that you trust more than anything) and one to put on your car keys so you never lose it. After all, when you leave your home, what do you take with you? Your keys! Problem solved. Hope that helps, I feel a lot safer with a key and as you know, anyone can pry open these things. The keys are just more convenient and I keep my box under my bed.
Question:	What is the manufacture warranty on these boxes. I've had a few months very light use and both are falling apart
