Answer:	I'm DDD... so I'm unsure. try using their measurement scale to see what size you should purchase. they have one in the pictures of product

Answer:	What is your normal shirt size? I’m a 38G and I ordered a XXL and it’s a tad loose. So if you were going work out I would size down 1 size.

They recommended a L for me (I am a 36 D/DD) and I sized down to a M in order to do HIIT workouts. It's super comfortable and sizing down was the way to hold the ladies in place.

Answer:	No. I ordered 44DD and band fit my daughter 38DD on loosest hooks. 3 sizes too small.

I was told by my gym that underwire should not be worn while doing cardio because it interferes with the heart monitor that shows you the level you’re at while working out. I’m 5’3”” and 112 lbs but have a breast size of 34D. Always needed something with underwire, never successful ordering online but this was Perfect.
