Answer:	I'm not sure about the 50 to 75 sheets of paper but it did self stick pretty good I always tape over it though so when I sent sent a package I always tape over the self seal

Answer:	I do not know first hand but I would doubt it. Recycled paper products don't know the source of their stock.

Answer:	NO, it comes with the small ones. Years back,when I bought both Legal and letter size folders in colors (to color code folders as to topic); I also bought a bunch of 3-1/2 Pendeflex tabs, in clear, yellow, green, blue, Orange & violet ... back when you could still get them in colors. The File Folder demand is down, due to computers, but the thinking & cautious person, creates and files the source documents. Remember Murphy's Law.
