Answer:	No this scale does not have a USB plug-in you simply weigh the item and measure the package and you can use sources like pirate ship.com . You enter in the type of package whether it is a envelope or a box and put the weight and the measurements of the envelope. The scales just used to weigh the item.
Question:	how does this help to know how much postage to use
Answer:	If you use www. pirateship.com ( a free service) to purchase postage it alllows you to select whether it is a box or a soft pack like a padded envelope etc. you select what you are using input the measurements of what you are using place items into what you are using, zero scale out and place all in the scale. It will tell you what the item weighs whether it is un oz it pounds or both. Typically items in oz below a certain number will ship first class mail. Over that and in pounds will be priority mail. This website uses the postal service. It is cheaper than stamps.com which charges a fee each month I believe $15 a month.

Answer:	Apologies for my slow response. No, there is no flip-back feature on this scale. There is only a flat 6" x 6" horizontal surface.

Answer:	it is a standalone scale! no USB! Is this compatible with a MONKEY? YEP! They can use it too :)

Answer:	According to the manual, the M10 will read in tenths of a ounce, or two gram increments. However, the margin of error is +/- 0.2 oz for weights up to 5 pounds, and +/- 0.4 oz for weights between 5 and 10 pounds.
Question:	What is weighting range? USPS has sku# 842384 with Weighing Range: 0.1 oz to 75lbs (1 gram to 34 kilograms
Answer:	We found that the scale is not practical for first class packages. Despite their specs, the scale will not provide an accurate weight for small parcels. Dymo tech support had no solutions for us. It's great for large packages, but useless for small ones. We had to buy new scales to get our work done.

Answer:	No it does not. But it is big enough for big envelopes to lay flat and balance while weighing.

Answer:	It does not require calibration, but it sometimes under-weighs by .1 ounce. I bought a set of 1 oz and 2 oz weights and test it occasionally, especially when I get a reading that is exactly 1, 2, or 3 ounces.
