Answer:	These were pretty big. I could insert 9*12*2 inch bedsheet set into it. You put your hair bundle in a similar ziplock and check if the sizes are ok for your requirement or not...then purchase these

Answer:	No, they are not large enough for that with this size. Maybe 3 shirts if they are kid shirts but not adult shirts. Not that many U would need a size 12inches or larger.

Answer:	The color mint is quite tricky when ordering, i have ordered mint paper and it sometimes can look sort of a very light teal from a distance. And I do not know how the watercolor stripes confetti poly envelope looks like, i have not ordered this envelope.

Answer:	The cart does require assembly. My husband put it together while watching basketball so it did take a little longer than normal but it was not hard to assemble. To assemble the cart it should take about 30-45 minutes.
