Answer:	I use them for seeds and don't seal them. It does have adhesive and I tried one. It seemed to seal fine. I bought them for the low price. I guess it depends on what your needs are. When I tried to open it, the enveloped ripped before the seal broke. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Unfortunately, you cannot mail these utilizing the USPS as the minimum postal service requirements are 3-1/2" x 5" and these not quite that large.

Answer:	They're not self sealing. You would need to lick or tape them shut.

Answer:	If your printer will allow the small size. On mine, I have to give it a minimum length of 5". I take up the difference when I center the printed words to the forward edge. The printer then complains that there is a jam because the paper sensed was too short.In a word Yes youcan print on them, you will just have to trick your printer into letting you.

Answer:	Funny enough I am a plant scientist...I used them for story leaf samples and they were great since they allowed me to dry them out in the bags (plastic would just trap the moisture). These would be great for seeds, but not too many of them or only if they were something small.

Answer:	I purchased these for Bible journaling. I am going to put these into a typewriter and type on them or put stickers, paint or scrapbook with them. Sorry

Answer:	The envelope is wide enough but not long enough to fit bills laying flat. You would need to fold bills in half to fit.
