Question:	What is the width? (I need them for a shallow cd cabinet
Answer:	I think it would. I haven't tried it with records although I have a lot of old vinyl. Records are pretty heavy, but I use it to hold 3-ring binders that are pretty full and weigh a lot. It holds them on my desk within easy reach. I expect it would perform the same way with records.

Question:	Can they be used to hold 3-ring binders full of paper for office manuals? I have about 4 2-inch binders full of documents
Answer:	They are narrower than a CD case. They are 4 and 11/16 inches.

Answer:	There was no white logo on mine
Question:	What are the dimensions of the bottom plate
Answer:	That depends. Are you planning to put it on the back seat? If so, I think it would work fine but it's not really sturdy, It holds well when books are anchoring it though. If you have a wide car, it would probably work between the seats on the rear floor. It would be too tall to fit in the wear window well because it would block your view. I have mine on a desk and it holds binders full of paper pretty securely.
