Answer:	The only thing I have cut is standard 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper. Not sure how thick watercolor paper is but if it's more than five sheets of regular paper I don't think this would work.

Answer:	In response to your question, I took a heavy cardboard box that had been used to ship produce and tried to cut it. I cut the cardboard into several pieces and it cut smoothly but with a slight resistance (a little more force than with plain paper). Accordingly, within the dimensions of the cutting board and guard, you should have no problems.

Answer:	Not more then one sheet of card stock. I woke at a restaurant and it’s not capable of cutting more then one piece of 65lb cardstock for our menus without causing fraying of the edge. Not very professional.

Answer:	No, does not fit a 12" wastebasket. I tried. I use mine on a larger rectangular wastebasket. I'm very pleased with this product. Have had it a while and use it almost daily to shred mail and such. One word of advice. DO NOT try to shred anything that has that glue found on mailers. That sticky stuff you have to rub off. THAT will jam the machine. ALL shredders, not just this one!

Answer:	How do you reset the automatic overload protection once the machine stops running. Even the green light does not come on. I plugged directly into socket and have emptied the container.

Answer:	This is a very well built cutter. I use it to cut up to 8 sheets of paper at a time but have never cut chipboard. I believe it would handle things like the board used to mat pictures with no problems.

Answer:	120 pt. (equivalent of the rated 30 sheets of 20 lb. paper), however, your board density will also be a factor. Be aware that there will most likely be significant alignment errors between the alignment guides, board, and the cutter. If you cut according to your marks and not that of the alignment guides or the board, it should work for you.

Answer:	Yes, 15 inches is the maximum width that will fit under the blade (well, maybe 15 & 1/8th inches).

Answer:	The clear paper guide the paper goes under should hold the paper in place.

Answer:	The blade is held on with four phillips head screws. I have removed it to clean it and hone the edge a little bit. If they sell a replacement blade then yes it. However, I would recommend sharpening or honing several times before needing to replace it.
Question:	How many sheets can this cut at once
Answer:	I bought the device to cut 1 page at a time. In response to your inquiry, however, I attempted to cut 20 pages at once of 8.5"x11", copy machine/laser jet printer type white paper. The paper was positioned in the portrait mode and the device cut a off 1"x11" strips with some resistance. Nevertheless, it worked.

Answer:	Matte paper?
Question:	How do you sharpen the blade
Answer:	It is self-sharpening. There is no "blade" per se. This essentially uses two sharp edges (the blade and the main body) to cut the paper. The blade does not have n edge like a knife which makes it much safer.
Question:	can this cut non slip drawer liners
Answer:	If they are those thin grippy rubbery rolls then I think you should have no problem at all. If they are plastic, that is another story.
Question:	Can it cut 4 ply mat boards
Answer:	When I stack 4 pieces of thick card stock together - it looses its precision.

Question:	Would this cut tissue paper
Answer:	It might! It does great with regular paper and I use it mainly for cutting sticker paper
Question:	Where is the safety lock
Answer:	The safety lock is located on the side. The arm must be pulled outward slightly and placed into a knob that sticks out of the side of the body. It does not have a metal clip safety lock like some other paper cutters do.
Question:	Would this be good for scrapbooking? It says it has a 12 inch blade - does that mean it can cut 12x12 inch paper
Answer:	It's 10 3/4" x 10 3/4". The blade itself is 12". I use it to cut leather, so I'm confident it'll have no problems with any kind of paper.

Answer:	Yes the grid lines are engraved.
