Answer:	yes, they bend out of place and the binder won't close properly once they do. Had it for 2 months and had to contact mfr to replace. Mfr promptly sent me another one - no questions asked. Same thing happened to the second one after only a month. I would avoid this brand.

Answer:	The O ringe makes for ease in flipping through things quickly, however the downside is the edges of the paper tend to become damaged because they are kept on a constant curve adding stress. The D ring has a straight side where your items are stored so all items line up evenly and there is no stress on the edges. This makes it much better for long term storage purposes for important papers, collections, etc. However, when flipping through items, there needs to be a little more caution to ensure the items clear the top curve when flipping through things otherwise things can rip easily. Answer:	I received this binder March 11th, 2019. I use it for my circular knitting needles, I am in the binder at least 5 times a week, zipping and unzipping. In between accesses, the binder stands beside my knitting bookcase. This is not as much activity as a student would give it (daily class usage, transporting, etc.) but I have had no problems with the zipper or any part of the product.

Answer:	No blank pages. There are some lines, some dot, a monthly calendar and a two week detailed calendar. There are also some goal setting pages as well.

Answer:	Yes. You download the rocketbook app to your phone or device. You write in your rocketbook (with special paper) with a Frixion pen (came with mine). You designate the icons at the bottom of the page for wherever you want your document to go. For example: gmail. When you are finished writing your doc, you hold your device phone over the rocketbook page centering your device over the page. Rocketbook will scan, take picture and read the icon at the bottom of your page, and send the doc to gmail. When you go to your gmail, the doc will be there in two forms. pdf form (not ocr), and in ocr. Try to write as legibly as you can so that the characters are clear when they are translated. I downloaded the rocketbook ocr text with google docs . You can then edit and save your document. I tested my handwriting and printing and both are hard to read, but of course, since it is my handwriting, I can make necessary changes. I haven't used it too much yet so this is just the basics. Answer:	Case-it makes a backpack with a special outside holder for its binders. Think the name BKP and I've seen them here on Amazon
Question:	is it really big because my kids have binders in they both broke so is it really big
Answer:	Yes it's big, but it has a shoulder strap AND a handle to make it easier to carry. My 15 yo inattentive, not so brilliant typical teenage son had 1 pink one and 1 purple one the entire school year and they made it until the last day. They were scuffed up and dirty, but they never tore or ripped - there were no holes whatsoever - and the zippers and binder ring never failed. I just ordered 2 more for the coming school year.
Question:	Is the binder strong enough to be in tight places
Answer:	It's pretty sturdy, BUT, this binder is rather wide. Not sure how small of a tight place you are referring to. :-)
Question:	we purchased two of these before school started. and we have just entered our second grading period and the metal pieces of the d ring dont line up
Answer:	My son has had his for 2 school years and we haven't had this problem. Maybe work with the rings to try and realign them.

Question:	I want to use this for a script and divide each scene and act, act 1, scene 1 & 2, etc. Will this allow for using the rings within each binder
Answer:	Hello this item has 3 rings which are 1 inch in size, these are located on the inside spine of the binder. Your document would require 3 holes punched on the left in order to into the rings of the binder. For dividing your document we suggest using tabbed dividers. Thank you Customer Service
Question:	I laminate a lot of papers, so regulars 8 1/2 by 11 becomes a little larger...would this fit laminated sheets in it

Question:	Is this flexible enough to allow for complete folding back the front of the binder to use to read script
Answer:	It is flexible and def holds up well. However each side has 4 pockets. I think reafing a script you may want to consider a folder with 3 prongs in it, that way you'll be able tp read as if it were a book. This is more on like a folder with 4 slats on each side. Hope THIS helps

Jennifer watched for years as her students would struggle with multiple folders that would eventually become overstuffed and tear. She wanted to develop a durable, long-lasting folder that could hold up to 8 subjects.
