There is about 1/2 inch of spare room around the device (like picture shows) but there is an elastic band that keeps the device in place and a little pocket on the cover side where I store the cable and the spare paper sheets. Works great.

Answer:	I think the case is too small. I believe the PX-350 is 11" wide and the S3000 that this case is made for is only 9" (and the case is a pretty tight fit). Hope that helps. Best look for a Casio case made for an 11" wide keyboard - the PX-350 is discontinued, I think, but a successor probably has similr dimensions and a case to match.

Answer:	I believe the PX-S1000 and PX-S3000 is only 9" wide and the CDP-230 or 240 is about 11" wide. SInce the PX-S1000/3000 case fits pretty tightly, my guess is that it fits only those Casio models and not others that are wider.
