Answer:	Although a 12" long pc of paper will fit in the machine the holes punched will only span about 11".... it will punch thru construction paper no problem, but probably only a few sheets at once. If your binding along the 9" edge it will work no problem...

Answer:	I have no solution for this, The rubber drum on the top of the machine should turn when turned on. If there is no rotation I would think there might be something disconnected or inoperative. I would think you could send the machine back and have another sent to you, if repairs are need they will be Able to make the at the shipping point. Answer:	they actually are twisted in the holes and the cinch binding makes the holes just perfect for putting them in. I use them with mine..

Answer:	Absolutely. Just use regular scissors, and the bend the edges over. I use these with 3:1 with no problems as well, and just have to trim the ends.

Answer:	It appears that the Zutter machine is a 2:1 pitch and this coil is 4:1. Use 2:1 wire from Renz.

Answer:	Thanks for your questions! The diameter is 3.875" at the base and 3.385" at the top. The Egyptian Amber and the Oakmoss & Amber certainly have similarities but are easily distinguishable when compared side by side. They both have a deep, musk, sandalwood base. The Oakmoss & Amber has fresh, herbal top notes where the Egyptian Amber has more of a soft, citrus overtone with balsam/fir base notes. Frankincense & Myrrh is infused with Bergamot, Coriander, Lemon, Orange, and Patchouli essential oils.

Answer:	I haven’t kept track of the hours but I have owned several Roxanna Candles and they last the longest of any candles I’ve ever used. If I had to guess I would say well over 120 hours, especially if you take care of the wooden wick per included instructions.

Answer:	Mine do. Some are louder than others but I don’t hear it unless the room is quiet. It’s very soothing.

Answer:	Yes, use scissors that are narrow so they fit in-between the combs.

Answer:	I use plastic sheet covers for my presentation folders and it cuts through easily. Would think it should do the same for laminated sheets.

Answer:	It can close in but it won't stay closed since it doesn't have a clip to hold the bars to the side. I usually just place it back in the box when I'm done.

The chain is just a little noisy, but with loud music we do not even notice it any more. The new Blue Carbon uses a Kevlar belt that is very quiet. We have about 60 hours on hours this winter and has performed flawless.

Question:	It says here that you can bind up to 450 pages, I’m creating a planner and mines is 116 pages and 20-30 to still bind , so what am I doing wrong
Answer:	How many pages you combine depend on comb size used. Make sure you have the large size combs to bind larger books. The combs are sold separate from the binding machine. The larger combs are not included in the sample packet sent with binding machine, only small comb samples are sent with it.
