Answer:	Yes, the keyboard tray is retractable. There may a bit of resistance in the beginning as the trays have been built into that position. However after a couple sliding of the keyboard tray in and out, the tracts would self lubricate and would work perfectly fine.

Answer:	The monitor I got does not have usb-c as it is purely eDP (DisplayPort). In fact, it is dual eDP (two DisplayPort) and one HDMI 2.0x. I don't believe it is mini eDP, just regular eDP. I only used the HDMI 2.0x port and it works great. Hope this answers your questions.
