Unfortunately, it is difficult to find any decent pens that are manufactured completely in the USA. Here are some unsolicited comments: You did not ask this, but this ink is not waterproof as stated in the description. Coming into contact with any moisture causes it to bleed and blur immediately. Even after leaving the ink on the paper for several days, the result is the same with any contact to moisture. The ink, also, bleeds through to the paper of the paper. You would never be able to write anything on the back of any paper as you can see the ink. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hi. This is not an open at the top carrier. It is sort of a dolly with a fitted canvas bag that acts as the cart and it has a flap and closes over the stuff.

Answer:	I was able to stack 3 packages of water, 32 bottles (12oz each) in one package, on top of each other and bring them safely into my apartment. The platform will hold up to 110 lbs., that's what the packaging says when you receive the item. It is extremely sturdy. So the answer to your question is yes, I believe you can put up to 3 file boxed on the cart once you remove the liner.

Answer:	1.Take off the black caps on the end of each axle. No where does it mention that. 2.Throw away those two black caps. This exposes a metal rod with a small channel carved about 1/4 inch from the end of the rod. 3. Push the wheels onto the little rod. The large round button on the wheel should be facing out. This button is immovable. press the wheel onto the rod. 4. You will hear a click when it snaps into place. 5.Pull on the wheel to see if it really is attached. 6.As a last effort before calling for help, try moving the little metal clip outward. I know, the illustration seems to show it being pressed to the side. 7. Send it back or call on your seven yr old grandchild to do it for you 8. Wrap it up and give it to someone about whom you are ambivalent as a holiday present.

Answer:	I believe you could do this with no problem. It is very sturdy & very easy to pull even when loaded. Wheels have good tread. Folding is easy but I have trouble keeping it upright to put cover over top. But once it is on & has click ties like suitcase it rolls on wheels that way. I'm very impressed with it! I do vendor shows & use it to pull all display bags in. Everyone who sees it wants one!!!

Answer:	I haven't tried it in sand. But let me guess. It would depend upon how 'loose' the sand is. Using the sand at the ocean beach as an example... I would expect the packed sand near the water would likely be ok, but dry loosely piled sand back from the water would not, at least for me. It also depends on the load in the cart. A lighter load maybe like beach towels would be easier to transport as opposed to a case of beer. Another factor: the wheels on the cart are not large. Hope this helps...

We would warn that unrolling and flattening the mat will require some physical effort as the material is stiff being shipped rolled up. Also, the concentrator should be semi-fixed to the area of the desk chair mat as it may not slide off and back onto the mat easily. Answer:	These are great wheels. Not hard plastic but plastic-rubber combination sort of. They are durable on many surfaces I have traveled with them. Item dimensions are listed way under Product Information and I copied them and am pasting them here. Item Dimensions-16 x 14 x 40 in. This is my second large one as I need two to shop for groceries once a month. Each one holds about $90.00 of groceries, I have found. I also have the smaller one that climbs stairs but it doesn't hold nearly as much as the large. Still, if the elevator in my apartment building ever goes out I will have my stair climber. I just ordered my second large cart last night and I got the red pin dot one. Will be so cute with my black one that has held up perfectly for over a year now. I do love these carts. If you don't need to use the bag, you have a great dolly for hauling things to and from anywhere. Great wheels! Not the hard plastic of yesteryear. I DO strongly recommend getting the bungee cord if you are filling these bags up as they have a tendency to slide to the side of the dolly and off balance.

Answer:	I'm online now ordering my second large one. I can fit $90.00 worth of groceries and still close the top and pull the drawstring to a sturdy position. I love, love, love, my large Trolley Dolly and since I sold my car and take cabs to and from the store this dolly can fit in the cab's trunk but I have always needed one huge extra grocery bag filled with groceries. So, I will now have two large carts. I have used this cart for many things including heavy mail packages and trips to the apartment complex garbage room. I have had only one regret with my cart and that is I didn't know there were bungee cords and I have needed them and so today when I place my order for the black and white polka dot cart, I will buy two bungee cords. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this cart. It is like pulling a feather when it is fully packed with anything. The handle is long as I am 5'7" and so pulling this does not make me have to bend my back. This would work for a 6 footer, also, I am thinking. Quality bag and the polka dot will look so cute with my first one which is solid black. The cab drivers help bring my stuff up to my apartment and so only once a month do I need to do grocery shopping but rather than ask the grocery clerk for a HUGE second plastic for me to haul with the cabbie hauling the dolly, I can now have both. FYI: I also have the Trolley Dolly cart that climbs stairs but that holds much less than the large bag. Also, I want the two large bags to fold together to fit in the back seat of the cab as this can be a daunting task to take two out that do not fit the same. Either way, it is a clumsy task but a necessary one.
