Answer: Yes, it should work as long as it fits. I’m using this as an outdoor sink and it’s stable, FL wind haven’t knock it down so I imagine a wood mount will be even more stable. You can set it high cuz thats my only complaint, its a bit low and I’m only 5’9”. Good luck!

Answer: I would have to agree with Residence Hall - it is not easy. In fact, I returned the product due to the difficulty of assembling the first time, and if it was that difficult every time, then avoid this if disassembling and reassembling is your objective.That being said, it could be that after assembling for the first time, that subsequent attempts might be easier after you worked the pieces onto the posts, did all the requisite filing, fitting, pounding... that was my experience - in fact I never went that far because the pieces required to much work to try and get them to fit and I decided it was not where I wanted to go. (see my review - it spells out my experience very clearly).Plus, the fact that there are no screws / bolts on this product may work against it for your needs - I would think the plastic parts would wear and stretch where each time you reassembled, it would be a tad looser, and get worse over time. If taking apart and reassembling constantly, I would recommend something with fasteners that was a more permanent assembly.In summary, I do think there must have been a design change, and the cart I bought was after this change. There is no way possible that one cart could vary in reviews from "assembles very easily" to what I and others experienced. This cart was not in any way, shape or form an "easy" assembly. The leg posts did not fit onto the post fastener, and would have required filing, pounding to get them to fit.
