Answer:	Yes you can, probably from Amazon or local craft store, or, your local Boot & shoe repair. This also depends upon your ability to install snaps, is preferred to have a helmet with snaps already on it, but I did do it to mine.

Answer:	Normally fill the bottom drawer before filling any others and this should prevent most filing cabinets from toppling over. I work in accounting and this is standard for most file cabinets.

Answer:	Before I started selling it, I gave it to over 100 cats to try out, I owned a pet sitting business so had access to a lot of cats, I also sent it to cats on social media, and my huge group of cats in my home have been using it for a long time, it is sewn very well, the sheer fabric is strong indoor outdoor material, the crinkle paper sewn in the edge is non toxic, the kind used in babies toys, nail and teeth punctures in the sheer fabric are normal, any tear bigger than that I recommend throwing it away. I’ve now sold several 1000 and have not gotten any feedback of safety issues. But like most cat toys, supervision is a must at all times with Sheer Fun and the wiffleball attachment.
