Answer:	Yes, there IS a headphone jack -- it is on the rear of the boombox. It also has a "Music Port". To use the Music Port you need a cord from whatever external music device you may have. The cord must have a stereo plug which fits your external device's headphone jack _AND_ another 3.5mm stereo plug, at the other end, which plugs into the Music Port. That way you can play music from your external device through the sprakers of the Panasonic boombox.

Answer:	According to the manual: "NOTE on CDs...This unit can access up to 99 tracks." I just accessed a disk with 35 songs by pushing the remote button ">10" and then "3" then "5" and got song 35.

Answer:	No, it does not have a volume control.

Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Answer:	I use my (hybrid road) bike daily with these on, cycling 10 to 17 miles per day. They work well for me, and stay on. You can change the rubber end to find the best ear fit. My wife keeps on borrowing mine. So I bought two more, one for her, and another as extra. These are very good earbuds for the price.

Answer:	Yes - refer to page 33 in the manual under 'silent mode'. Set the beginning and end time one minute apart (ex: begin 10:30pm - end 10:29pm.) This will turn the ringer off on the cordless unit. Do this on the cordless hand set you want to silence. It took me awhile to figure this out. Hope this helps.I use the hand set as a bedroom ex. If you want it to come back on during certain times set the on/off times accordingly. Mine stays off at all times.

Answer:	This phone itself doesn't have a "block" feature. most of the time you can block calls by contacting your phone service provider and setting up the number with them to be blocked for future use. Answer:	Don't you just love all the conflicting answers to this simple question? So I'm going to assume using good faith that everyone is answering truthfully. Then logically that means there are several variations of the Panasonic DVD Player DVD-S700 where this function does not work on one variation (let's say maybe the black version) and it does on the white version. How else can you explain that I just received the black version and there's no way this resume function works using any of the straightforward or convoluted instruction provided in the manual, in the answers below, or instructions found by googling. Sorry folks, if you want the safe answer, it is no this does not resume where you left off after stopping (not pausing since that would be a "dah") the episode. Just as an aside, I've owned many dvd players over the years, and this is the first one I've encountered where this function doesn't work.
Question:	Why not get a BluRay player that upscales regular DVDs? Wouldn't that be far more versatile
Answer:	I'm getting this over a modern Blu-ray player for a number of reasons. A. This device can be easily unlocked to play any region DVD's, a region free Blu-ray player costs around $200. B. I want a dedicated DVD player that is made strictly for that purpose as I have a huge DVD collection and not many Blu-ray's, for many Blu-ray players, the DVD aspect is somewhat of an afterthought and not the purpose of the machine, you will notice in reading Blu-ray player reviews, people often complain about their players not playing older dvd's getting error messages with DVD's ect., it is a different technology and an "add on " for a Blu-ray player. C. Modern Blu-ray players try to do too much, they have all this technology and bells and whistles, there are a lot more things to go wrong in them, freeze up and fry the machines, ect., they also are constantly getting on the internet and updating software and that can make the machine more prone to go bad too with one bad line of code or a virus. My Sony Blu-ray player jumped on the internet and reported me to Sony because it thought the disk I was watching was a bootleg, my player actually tattled on me while whatching a movie and the machine froze and I got a notice in my email from Sony accusing me of pirating. In any event for me anyway, there are a number of reasons I would choose a good basic player for $50 and not have all the bells, whistles and headaches. Answer:	We only use these on a computer, so I'm not sure how they'll function with movement. I can see them maybe working on a brisk walk, but they might be shaky for a run.

Answer:	I just measured them & they're actually oval, not circular. Approx dimensions are 2.25 x 1.75, so they're more than 2" at the longest dimension. You could try them, but more than likely, won't fit. Perhaps Panasonic sells some?
