This box allows you to easily see a list of the last 99 incoming calls, along with their name and the time they called. The call waiting feature lets you place the current conversation on hold in order to answer a second incoming call. However, because it was designed for Call Waiting ID Options (aka Call Waiting Deluxe), you may find yourself paying a bit extra to use the features such as putting them on hold, voicemail playbacks (which will essentially act as a regular answering machine should you pay for that feature), adding the calling party to your conversation and such.
