Answer:	This phone has a ‘Boost’ button so the person who needs amplicafion can push it and the other person can select the volume up or down buttons.

Answer:	Yes, you can record your message. A Digital answering machine is just an answering machine connected to a landline with the ability to store recorded messages to an internal memory chip. Don't get hung up on the word digital. It's just an answering machine like you're used to. To record your message on your handset you push menu then type in #302, select yes, then record up to 2 minutes of a message then press stop.

Answer:	Yes..I I ordered an additional phone to put in another room. Though initially it was out of stock it was back ordered- it has since arrived.

Answer:	No, if your older with a slightly hearing impaired... the volume is very soft even at it's highest volume. If you need a slightly louder set, this one is NOT for you. This is only half of the volume of my older Panasonic KX-TGE433B .

Answer:	I purchased a new set of these phones to replace a worn out 10 year old Panasonic set. I did notice the batteries needed to be fully charged 3 or 4 times before reaching max talk time. After a week or so on my desk ( and FULLY charging the batteries every other day) the phones now hold a charge quite well. These phones also provide an audible prompt when the battery level is low. I feel the batteries need to be 'conditioned' with repeated LOW BATTERY and FULLY CHARGED cycles before holding the longer charges. After a month or so of daily use I'm well satisfied with this set.

Answer:	It speaks from caller ID information. Mine announces the number calling not the name. I don't recall if I programmed it this way or not, but I wanted number announcement only, not names.

Answer:	I really couldn't answer that question as it never worked and the seller wouldn't help me out. I tried to return it but he refused to take it back.

Answer:	English we are in America, but it is a piece of crap save your money, so without it is better than buying it and it can't understand your voice and calls wrong number.
Question:	Does this product have a warranty
Answer:	I do not know.......but, this phone is NOT worth the money!!! I sent it back and they didnt even reimburse me my shipping for it. It took us over 3 hrs to set it up (less than 10 phone numbers), because, we had to keep doing it over & over, and it didnt work!! also, it had buzzing in the line, even if we made a regular call through the phone. Dont waste your money, and i wouldnt bother dealing with the company either ever again!! When i emailed the company and told them about the problems, They told me i only had 3 days to let them know it wasnt working right. My uncle is in independent living, and I didnt even get a chance to bring it over to him for a few days after i got it. They said if they show any problems with it, they would reimburse my shipping cost. So i ended up having to pay twice. I ended up by the little box you attach to the phone line, and it works great. So once again. Do not waste your money for this product, or the company Maxi Aids!!
