Answer:	We have not had an outage since I have owned this, but since it is a land-line phone I assume the phone will work on the old type phone lines, but maybe not the answering unit. Answer:	I can confirm, except for the cordless handset, yes, it does! We don't have reliable power in the deep cold of winter or the hottest times in summer, which is why we always keep a landline. It won't work if your phones company is cable, however. Nor will you see the displays when the electric goes out but, this type of phone is essential for potential emergencies.

Answer:	I bought the Chapin 97300 sprayer. It does not come with a lighter plug. As the Amazon site states, it uses alligator clips to connect to battery. The wiring uses an SAE bullet connector near the pump. The alligator clips, on/off switch uses an SAE connector to plug into the pump wiring. This part looks like "Valley Industries Wire Harness with Clamps" on Amazon. You can buy an SAE connector, on/off switch, lighter plug from Amazon as "Master 33-103260-CSK Wire Harness with Quick and Easy Connection DC Plug" which is what I did.

Answer:	Short story: My Chapin sprayer would not maintain pressure at all. Less than 5 minutes, no spray. Contacted Chapin, said the had some bad motors but they would send me new pump which they did. Took my old one off to replace with new one, nothing would match up. Old one had threaded connections. New one did not. Totally screwed up ! Called Chapin back, they said the would send a different pump. No! I did not buy this to have something to have to work on ! After discussion. They agreed to send me a completely new system assaembled. Got new system, still in box. Never even opened it yet. Just used my back pack sprayer. When I have more time to fool with it, will see if it is any better ? That is the whole story .

Answer:	Hi - The photo speed dial buttons will not light up if the assigned number calls the VTech SN5147. Instead, the Caller ID is displayed on the screen of the base and handset if you are subscribed to Caller ID service from your provider. Also, the Visual Ringer Indicator on the base and handset flashes. Thank you for your interest!

Answer:	Yes it is, and messages are crystal clear. You can even press a button on your device that will slow down the callers messages which comes in very handy when jotting down notes or phone numbers that the caller may leave.

Answer:	Sean - Yes, the VTech SN5127 has four photo speed dial locations which you can use to program 911. Thank you for your interest!
Question:	What is the picture size for the SN
Answer:	Terrible. I returned the handset for just that reason. The base station allows pictures just barely big enough for someone with decent eyesight to recognize the person. The 5307 keys are rectangles, not squares, and probably about 3/4” high. Names in a large font would work better.

What's a Smart Call Blocker?

This system lets you block nuisance callers on the spot with one touch. What's more, it can filter robocalls and unwanted call while allowing welcome calls to get through. For screen out robocalls, set it to ask the callers to press the pound key. For screen out unknown callers, set it to ask the callers to record their names and press the pound key. After your caller completes the request, the phone rings and announces the caller's name. You then can choose to block or answer the call, or forward the call to the answering system.
