Answer:	I also have old slides from the 60’s and 70’s and use the slot on top/back of the Medalight viewer rather than the side slots and this works fine. I use the button on the bottom right to eject the slides. Hope this helps.

Question:	How do I get an adapter for this
Answer:	The site says you can purchase a standard 6volt AC/DC adapter to use. These should be available through most hardware and department stores or directly through Amazon.
Question:	I've got my 35 mm slides mounted in 3 mm thick plastic frames. Would they fit in the viewer or would I have to take the film out of the frame
Answer:	The plastic covered slides will likely stick and not fit. The slides move through the viewer easily but sometimes stick but jiggling the viewer loosens it and comes out ok.
Question:	Is it just individual load or is there a tray so I can load & view more than one slide at a time? Exactly how does it work? What size is the screen
Answer:	Yes it is individual load. You can only load one photo at a time. There is a tray to catch the photo after you release it that will hold about dozen photos. The screen size is 3x3 inches. The photo magnifying is good and bright. There is a button you press to release each photo after you have finished viewing it but I found this button sticks often and you have to turn the viewer upside down and shake it to release the photo.
Question:	Can you only view 35mm slides? I have slides taken with 110 film
Answer:	there are two open slots on both sides of this viewer that are 45mm in length If film can slide through these openings it can be viewed

Answer:	No, I don't think that will work. You put the slide into the viewer, press the slide down. That causes the batteries to lite the bulb, and that illuminates the slide. The slide is also magnified when in the slide viewer. Batteries come with the viewer.
Question:	some of my slides are 2.75 x 2.75 inches what viewer can accomodate this size
Answer:	This is a slide viewer. I have no idea whether such a small image can be successfully captured by a digital camera. Uploading images to your computer through the use of a slide converter is the surer way to replicate those images.

Question:	My slides are the older ones from the 70's, with the cardboard boarders, my slides wont fit in slot on left side, are there larger slide viewers
Answer:	Simply put, no. This projector's aspect ratio is 4:3, and can accurately project an image between 40-330in at a distance of 5.4-37ft. Taking all that into account, I did the trigonometry to figure out the minimum distance required to display an image with dimensions of 12ftx14ft. To sum up, you would need to have the projector at a distance of around 30ft from whatever you're projecting onto. On top of that, the cords are on the back, so laying the projector down to point it at the ceiling will be quite difficult. I hope this answers your question successfully.

This traditional 4” Class (measured diagonally) slide and filmstrip viewer has been upgraded to feature 4 tru-color LED’s for bright, even illumination of slides or filmstrips.

Question:	if film is not developed, can it go in
Answer:	No. This viewer is for developed negatives or slides. Undeveloped film must be developed or processed in a dark room with chemicals before it can be viewed. Undeveloped or unprocessed film will be ruined if exposed to light. Check around to see where film can still be processed in your area. Not many companies do this any more, but there must still be a few places available.

Question:	Has anyone tried to take a picture from an I phone to send---if so, does it reproduce ok
Answer:	You can and I did-however the color is a little off and the photo is ok but because of the slight curve of the magnifier the photo isn’t perfect. If you don’t hold the I-phone camera totally still it’s little blurry as well. Just not as clear as the original slide but a cheaper way to coy them.
Question:	What is the size in inches of the glass viewing screen? Are the pictures at all distorted, or are they clear
Answer:	Glass viewing screen is 2.75' X 2.75". Pictures are clear for a slide. I haven't used for film.
Question:	The pana-vue 2 fell apart when i removed it from the box and is now in seven pieces, including a small brass tab. how do i reassemble it

Answer:	Yes, my husband uses it for his old 2x 2 slides.
Question:	Can you project the pictures on a screen or wall
Answer:	NO you have to have a carousel type projector or a slide projector to do that. You have to view these via the screen on the Pana-Vue 2. Sorry. Sue C.
