Question:	How does this printer determine if the toner is actually empty? Does it count pages? I want to replace only truly empty cartridges
Answer:	The printer is able to determine the actual amount of toner left in the cartridge. The printer will give you several warnings as the toner gets low, and then critically low. But you can continue printing until you actually run out of one of the toners.
Question:	Will it take 120lb card stock
Answer:	The HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw printer can handle the following weights: 16 to 43 lb (Uncoated/Matte, recommended), however up to 47 lb Postcards and 53 lb HP Matte is allowed in the driver; 16 to 43 lb (Coated/Glossy, recommended) , however up to 47 lb Postcards and 59 lb HP Glossy is allowed in the driver.
Question:	Is the printer able to print with photo paper
Answer:	You can print on HP photo paper that is made for laser printers. Laser and inkjet printers have two different printing processes; therefore you want the correct paper type to print on.

Question:	Does this have a usb port so i can scan it to my usb drive? if not, where does the scanned copy go
Answer:	I don’t know about the USB port I scan to my laptop .

Answer:	Yes cartridges are included. They are supposed to make a lesser number of copies than the the cartridges you buy separately. We have made numerous copies and they are still going strong. Vivid colors crisp back and white. Very pleased with this printer/ copier.

Answer:	It comes with the toner. It works very well

Question:	Are renewed products has extended service contracts available
Answer:	Be carefull with extended contracts. Square Trade lost ab class auction suit this year(2019) for dishonesty. Square Trade was strongly supported here, on eBay. I accidntly learned ag few years ago: Although paper receipts were never mentioned here, ebay, etc, you get nothing, no service or money without a paper receipt!
Question:	will it print 11x
Answer:	This is not a good printer...I would not recommend that you purchase it. I've had A LOT of problems with the printer.
