Question:	Why is this printer so much
Answer:	Make sure the print head which receives the cartridge is not loose. The print head also snaps into place. Be sure it did not come loose.
Question:	Will this copy to word format and pdf format
Answer:	When you set up your wireless printer, it will give it an ip address. But if you printer loses power, it can be sent another ip address. If this happens, you have to re-setup your printer with your usb cable and re-establish an connection with the printer... You can give your printer a permanent ip address that will stay the same and then it doesn't get re-assigned a different address.. Check with the manufacture of your printer to see how to give it a permanent address, either online or through your paperwork that came with your printer....hope this helps..
Question:	I have an iphone 11 and been trying to see how i could connect my phone to this printer. do you have any idea how i could do that
Answer:	I believe you can program your own scale... it comes with programmed scales such as 1:1000 etc but you can set up your own scale for miles or kms

Answer:	Just got one for that purpose. If you intend to use it for Architectural scale (1/4"=1' ,1/8"=1" , etc) then NO it will not work. This is for Engineering scale (1:10, 1:5000). Your outputs are in Miles/Kilometers/Nautical Miles, not Feet and Inches. Great for Site and Civil Drawings, but nothing else.

Answer:	Great question. Sorry, but no. The AR feature (hyperphoto) is built into the app and is only for use with your compatible smartphone. You can print a still image tied to a video. When you view the printed photo within the camera viewer in the app- your video will come to life :)

Answer:	Hi there, that's a great question. These printers don't use ink, which is why there are no ink refills. Instead, they use a heat based printing method on special Zink paper- the color is already in the paper and the printer simply activates it. Answer:	The photo paper for Kodak Mini 2 Plus photo printer is not a sticky-back paper. Although a separate tape can be used to stick the photo paper, the photo paper itself is not a sticker paper.

Answer:	I also loved the printer, but it started jamming up about 3 weeks in...this past week it jammed so bad that I couldn’t get the cartridge out. I talked with Amazon and returned it. It is a shame, because the print quality was excellent. This is my second printer (the other was a different brand) that used the same type of cartridge and technology, and that one bit the dost the exact same way. I won’t buy this kind again...two times burned is enough!

Answer:	I just got this printer and I tried EVERYTHING to get the back to peel off, to the point that I ruined my picture. Is it possible I received the wrong cartridge? I bought this because they were peel and stick. Very disappointed.

Answer:	The Mini Shot app (the app used to connect to this printer), on the Apple App Store states that iOS 8.0 or higher is required, current iOS is 11,so I’m sure you’re covered.

Question:	Could I use cartrage from a bluprnt printer
Answer:	Can't help on that, because I have a hard time making it work period. I have Windows XP, and it worked well for awhile, then started smearing, fading, skipping and otherwise giving me trouble. It still looks beautiful as a piece of furniture, though; I'm too "thrifty" to pitch it. Tried to have it scan a page an hour ago and it refused. I don't print very often, so the ink cartridges refuse to obey the printer, being dried up. With all the time I spend trying to get it to work, I could write documents in long hand quicker. Question:	Does it print in color
Answer:	Standard cartridges will average 425 pages, XL size will average around 770 pages. This info is from the ink cartridge manufacturers specs..
Question:	Are the photo papers sticky back
Answer:	As a former technology manager, I would have a lot more questions for you. Has the printer worked before? If so, does it not print in any application. There's also the classic - turn EVERYTHING off (PC & printer). If still no good, what about making a copy - pull the USB cable and make a copy - if it doesn't copy - it's either the printer or possibly the ink cartridge is not snapped in properly.
Question:	How many photos per charge
Answer:	No sheet feed system is included with the Hero 5.1. Place individual sheets to be copied directly on the glass. If you are looking for something with a sheet feeder, you will need to look at something else. FYI, my Kodak only lasted about 1 yr before the print cartridge stopped working, even with using only OEM ink.
