Answer:	Yes, it will fit a 300x300 VESA pattern
Question:	what ink cartridges does this use
Answer:	Yes, it is a little over 5" from the wall. Since it is for such a large TV, I don't think mine seems strange, or too far from the wall.
Question:	where is the paper feed
Answer:	I don't have the exact measurements but the one I installed was bolted into 3 studs so it's at least 48 inches long. The pieces that bolt to the TV were about 24 inches tall just going from memory.

Answer:	I mounted mine on 3 16" on center studs
