Answer:	You can't use the double laminate cartridge to laminate both sides and then apply adhesive to the back, as the adhesive will not adhere to the laminate. Answer:	Yes, this just requires a regular 110 outlet. I love my press but have found that I don't need the extra attachments that come with it. They are not what I thought they were and will probably never use them.

Answer:	I have the same problem. Have had mine since September of last year. The company sent me a new control box from China still no luck with the hat attachment. It goes to 65 degrees with no heat at all. Put the cup attachment on and it did heat up really fast no luck with other attachments followed directions and no luck so many other people love this machine wish I could love mine

Answer:	The labels can be peeled and applied to any surface. The replacements are 3 for $10, on Amazon.

Answer:	It's prob an old roll of tape. I've never had that problem. Just return that tape and buy another pack.

Question:	The ink is fading. What do I do
Answer:	The Letra Tag does not use INK, this is a thermal printing system. My advice would be to first replace the batteries with brand new fresh ones, then try a test label. If this doesn't help I'd call Dymo Help Line for proper cleaning instructions. I hope this information will help you.
