| Answer: | The stings on this Ukulele are Aquila strings and are very appraised by the ukulele community. You should not have to replace the strings. They will take about a week to stretch out until they stay in tune, but once they do they will last a pretty long time. The longer you have the strings on the better they will sound. You don't have to replace Uke strings until you started noticing marks rubbed in from the frets. Quality is great! |

| Answer: | Usually with these types of straps, you loop the circle portion of the strap over your head so that it hangs from the back of your neck, and the "J" or hook portion of the strap comes underneath the uke and fastens into the bottom part of the soundhole. You will still need to hold the uke with one or both hands, or it will fall, but this will lessen the amount that you need to hold it. |

| Answer: | The little black plastic clip slides onto the wood where the sound hole is (put it on the bottom part of the hole). Then wrap the strap down and underneath then behind the uke, and put the strap around your neck. The strap will support the uke only while you wear the strap. I had to YouTube it to figure it out, because it seemed strange to put it right on the wood. So far it hasn't scratched it yet, though. |

| Answer: | The KA-15C and KA-C are two quality level models of the same uke. The KA-C has binding that binds the top/back and sides together. You can see it as the cream strip around the edge of the top and back. The KA-15C does not have binding. The top and back are attached directly to the sides and there is no color accent strip. All other features are the same. It cost more to use the binding. Unless you are a concert professional, you will not notice any difference in the sound. |

The Frets
The nickel silver frets are all properly seated and well finished. For anyone familiar with guitars and stringed instruments, fret ends can be a very troubling point of contact with inexpensive instruments. BUT, these frets have been manicured to a level that there is no sensation whatsoever.
