No ukulele could be called "too big", so try to find a shop that has all four sizes and decide which is most comfortable for you. The tenor is easy to play and has more depth and "punch", but the little soprano wins on charm.

Answer:	Read the reviews. My wife loves hers. Mine developed a crack in the top within two weeks of owning it and I returned and swapped for a Kala KA-S. I think that my wife's less expensive Kala KA-15S has a nicer tone than mine. But yes, it's good quality. It's made of lovely wood too. A very beautiful little instrument. I recommend buying from Amazon and saving the shipping materials until you're sure you love it. Returns are free on Amazon...for a time. :)
Question:	Is the ukulele that comes with the starter kit the ka-15s because it says ltp-s on the inside of the instrument
Answer:	That's how ukuleles are suppose to be strung traditionally. Its called re-entrant and a few other stringed instruments do this as well. And most teaching material is for ukes strung that way. Don't rearrange the strings or it will be impossible to use chord the standard chord fingerings. If you want linear tuning (like on guitar) you have to by strings that say "low g" on the package. That way the finger patterns still work. But I wouldn't do this if I were a beginner because it will sound less like a traditional ukulele if you did that. Some people do that but those people are purposefully trying to create a unique sound, and they usually do it on a tenor ukulele, not soprano.
Question:	can strings be replaced when they break by standard strings
Answer:	I got one for me and my sister. Most low cost ukuleles are unplayable until you have them set up and restrung with better quality strings. Not this one. It comes ready to play out of the box, it just takes a couple weeks until the strings don't fall out of tune, but that's true of all nylon strings.

Answer:	Mm, I haven’t tried it, but it should, excluding you get water into the sound hole. But I don’t recommend it, because of turning machine, which are metal.

Answer:	You may have a defective ukulele? Mine doesn’t make any scratching sound when pressing the strings. Might want to exchange yours. I still recommend this ukulele because it is fun to play and sounds great!

Answer:	Different have different habits. Usually, we use our right hand to pluck the strings, and left hand to hold the frets.

Answer:	Hi! Any age group can learn and enjoy playing the ukulele. The 23” uke is the concert size which is slightly larger than the soprano (21”). I have both of those types but I prefer the concert size. I’m not sure what you are asking regarding a “1/2 or 3/4”. I hope this helps.

Answer:	My wife is the one that plays this instrument. Typically she tunes it at the beginning of play and it does stay in tune for the rest of the day. Often the re-tuning from one day to the next is minor, if at all. So, I guess that answer is yes, for the most part it does stay in tune.
