Answer:	The KA-15C and KA-C are two quality level models of the same uke. The KA-C has binding that binds the top/back and sides together. You can see it as the cream strip around the edge of the top and back. The KA-15C does not have binding. The top and back are attached directly to the sides and there is no color accent strip. All other features are the same. It cost more to use the binding. Unless you are a concert professional, you will not notice any difference in the sound.

Question:	How would you tune the smaller size banjo, also size wise would you say concert or tenor ukulele
Answer:	Open C (cGCEG) is ideal. But you can also tune up to open D (dADF#A). Use the chord shapes for typical open G tuning. One way to tune to open G is to tune it to dGBDG and use the chord "shapes" for open D tuning. It works great but you will be in G. Think of this "mini banjo" as a banjo with a capo on the 5th fret. There are a number of other tunings that need to be transposed like modal and minors but I use these C,D and G tunings the most. If you attempt to tune the strings on the mini banjo UP to open G they will break. And if you try to tune down to open G the bridge will move around and the strings are too loose and floppy. I've gone down as low as open A but it sounds terrible and the bridge seems to slide around. You can change to a heavier gauge of strings and tune to G but I've never done it.

Answer:	There are a lot of tunes played on a banjo , that sound better in other tunings. My favorite is Gmodal or sawmill tuning.

How to adjust the neck?

When the action is too low, loosen the nut outside of the rim and tighten the nut inside the rim. Strings will go up from the fingerboard.

If the action is too high, loosen the nut inside the rim and tighten the outside nut. Strings will go down to the fingerboard.

Stage Standard

Vangoa banjo can be connected to amplifier by the pickup system when you take it out for a show. The pickup comes with peal-and-stick adhesive on one side to attach the banjo, a binder-clip and strap to keep it out of the way when playing.

Step 1

Measure the distance from the nut to the twelfth fret.

Step 2

Measure the same distance from the twelfth fret onto the Head of banjo.

Step 3

Make a small pencil mark. This gives you the correct scale length and marks the correct place to position the bridge.

Step 4

Put the bridge right on the position of the pencil mark.
