Question:	Do they stick to cement walls in unfinished basements
Answer:	Panels themselves wont damage the wall. Either double sided tape or command stripes could. Please note: In the pack there are acoustic panels, and there is neither any tape nor glue included in the package.
Question:	Would these help keep outside noise from getting in? I would have to mount them on the inside of my walls
Answer:	If they are not fireproof then what the hell is the point? Google "Great White Station Nightclub Fire". And the other response "Of course they aren't fireproof" --- polyethylene foam is basically liquid gasoline suspended in a matrix with a lot of air bubbles in it. Go see the video of the Station Nightclub Fire. No way in hell am I putting this in my home.
