Answer:	This is a mixer and not any type of recording device. This operates on USB and does not have any recording capability built-in. This is used to record multiple sources at one time and make that into one Stereo/Mono audio output that can be used with a recording software, streaming software, or even a live speaker system. You can record the main output via computer, but even then, this will all be one audio stream, not one for each separate channel.

Answer:	1) What are the two external amps being used for considering this is a powered mixer with 800 watt x 2 for stereo or 1600 watts bridged?2) If you are using the external amps to run sub-speakers there is a single "sub line out" to do exactly that however, most sub-speakers are run in mono using one external power amp or powered subs daisy chained.3) Dual Band EQ - there are "send & return" imputs to operate external ffects such as the EQ. Again, you were not clear what you wanted the EQ to operate.4) Hurcules Controller - I am not a DJ so I am not familiar with this gear because I use this unit for live performances with my band. However, my son is a Pro DJ & I do know he would not even consider buying this unit because it is not really designed for DJ applications.

Answer:	You can use powered speakers but MAKE SURE YOU USE THE UNPOWERED MAIN OUTPUTS. If you don't you could blow your speakers. The powered outputs are the speakon cable outputs on the back. On the top right if the board you will see main out left and right. Those outputs are unpowered and able to work with powered speakers. You are safe to run powered speakers out if any output except for the speakon cable outputs on the back. You will need 1/4 inch cable...not xlr.

If you are looking for a rack case with slant top that the mixer can mount to, usually you have to look for an oversized rack case that can accommodate at least 29.4" width (width of the Mackie 2404vlz4 mixer ). Answer:	As long as the mixer has oitputs - RCA or 1/4inch jacks you can connect to a Desktop or Laptop. You need only find a jumper cable with a stereo RCA plug at one end and a 3.5 mm jack at the other end. You plug the output from the mixer to the MIC and or Aux in on the PC if laptop maybe the same hole/jack as the hradphones. They are often 2 in 1 setups these days. I have my mixer hooked up this way and it allows me to then add whatever I like to the input on the mixer to record on my PC with outstanding results.

Answer:	I do not have a P16. I do run different brands of in ears off the Aux outputs of the X32 including the brand and version you mentioned. The presonous does not compare to the x32 in my opinion.

Answer:	Not sure exactly what your question is on the mixer. The mixer will work most standard speaker cable gauge or thickness. I recommend a thicker gauge so you get better audio quality. But if the cable you are wondering about is a manufactured speaker cable for pro audio it should work.

Answer:	I only use it to hook up my phone or my computer. More like an input, not an output.

Answer:	This mixer with its quality mic preamps (real ones, with plenty of adjustable gain) , EQ, channel output volume, etc. is far superior to the iRig Pre. I tried the iRig Pre (and reviewed it) and didn't like it. To emulate the iRig Pre connections, get a TRRS (male) adapter you plug into your phone/tablet that breaks out separate speaker 1/8" TRS (female) and mic 1/8" TRS (female) connectors. You could use either the XLR or the 1/4" outputs of the mixer as input to the mic 1 /8" TRS connector on the adapter. Unlike the iRig Pre, with a mixer like this you have the option of listening to the realtime output of the mixer from its headphone jack or plug your headphones into the speaker 1/8" (female) connector on the adapter to hear it how the phone/ tablet is recording it (which can be time-delayed making it difficult to speak live while listening to non-realtime audio).

Answer:	On the MG10XU there are two volumes controls. Stereo out and Monitor/Headphones out. I can't tell if this has both knobs or not. You can check the manual for the technical diagram.

D-PRE (Discrete Class-A Mic Preamps)

Answer:	I’m assuming you would go with your DJ controller into this unit, then you could send the out to the sub and PA speaker. You might also be able to run a separate aux out to the sub and just give it more when you need to. Personally I would get a mackie 802 before I buy this.
Question:	can i hook this to my crown power amp
Answer:	Yes, I hook mine up to 2 crown Amps. I run them bridged made use one for the left channel and one for the right channel.
Question:	Can this be used for live performance with output to PA and monitor ( one vocal and acoustic guitar
Answer:	Yes you can. You have stereo monitor outs (called Control Room) as well as main outs, and they have independent controls. The control room outs share the same level as the HEADPHONES out, though. You do have an extra AUX out that can serve as a different send to a monitor, but it is mono.
