What sound can you heard?

• Nice tight bass, smooth (not dull) mids, and clear highs. Very good sound stage.

• What wonderful balance with a very present but controlled low end and perfect clarity without being shrill.

• It is very nicely balanced with good clean bass, smooth midrange, and satisfyingly bright highs (without being harsh at all). By the way, the bass is not overpowering at all: it's just natural. But on tracks with heavier bass, or when boosted with an EQ, the ZSTs handle it with aplomb.

How to connect?

Complaint: These earphones have no BASS! I should have bought anything else.

Answer: 1.A proper seal is important to get good based from IEMs. Somebody were able to get a good seal with the rubber tips. If want to get more better isolation and bass response, you can try the foam tips on earbuds. (5mm Comply foam tips). 2.If you want more better sound, you can always tweak that on your soundboard EQ.

Complain: These headphones won't stay in my ears.

Answer: Part of the cord is the "hold shape" type cord for a reason. if you have it "hanging" down from your ears you are wearing the earphones incorrectly. You probably need to swap the L and R cables... now get the cable so it exits the earphone "upwards" towards the top front of your ears. the "hold shape" cord will then wrap around the top of your ears. This is a very "stable" shape. and will hold even during rigorous activities.

KZ ZS10 PRO adopts the similar design of the ZSN and ZSN Pro. The mirror-finished, stainless steel faceplate is gorgeous. It's held on with three tiny star shaped screws, features three tiny round ports and has three engraved accent lines. Answer:	I contacted Shure about this and they told me the black color is not available to the US. It is exclusive to Europe and Asia only (SE846-K-EFS for Europe, SE846-K-A for Asia).
Question:	Are these earphones made of 21k gold? Also, does it carry lifetime warranty
Answer:	I would say based on the incredible sound they are made of 24k gold.They really are nice.No lifetime warranty here.If you can come up with the $ they really are worth it.It took me 6 months to push the buy button
Question:	does it sound better than Shure SE535, how much better
Answer:	I've used the Shure E500PTH (same as the SE535) for about 12 years now. I picked up the SE846 earlier this week and my initial impressions are:1. Mids and Highs are more similar than not. A strict A/B test out of an iPhone 6 Plus has the SE846 presenting a "bigger" sound but that's just due to being slightly louder at the same volume (kind of surprising - yes, the SE846 have lower impedance, but both models have the exact same sensitivity). 2. The SE846's bass is clearly superior. The lower registers are probably 30-40% more quantity without losing detail or quality. 3. The memory wire is annoying.4. Is the SE846 worth twice the SE535? From a strictly price/performance standpoint probably not, but we all know there are diminishing returns when chasing those last few percentages of performance, especially in the audio world.

Answer:	They are the best IEM I currently own... Whether they are the best I can buy, please refer below: In the current market, the following are the other UIEMs I researched on:1. AKG K30032. Sennheiser ie8003. FitEar ToGo334Each of the above mentioned have their own sound signature, as well as, respective pros and cons. But, I chose the SE846 for the following reasons:1. It has removable cables (K3003 cables are not removable and the ie800 are partially removable only from middle section). It is important to me, knowing that, cables are usually the first thing that wears out in earphones, and, because I am quite picky about the comfort around my ears;2. You are able to slightly adjust the sound signature through the replaceable noozles (this was a big factor to me as well, since I live in a country where I cannot test either one of the above mentioned, so, to be able to adjust the sound signature is very much like a risk management :-P...);3. Heard great things about FitEar ToGo 334, but, not very easy to find them. Having said the above, there is another category of IEMs i.e. custom in ear monitors (CIEMs), there are good brands such as JH Audio, 1964 Ears, Ultimate Ears in this category. Unfortunately, I live in a country whereby it is too troublesome to get custom fitted IEMs; however, if you live in a country where the afore mentioned brands have their representative stores/dealers, please go and check out. By the way, JH Audio has recently launched their new flagship JH Roxanne. The sound is diminished onto the one earpiece troubleshooting tips : Most likely it is due to earwax inside the nozzle or sleeve. The nozzle is the passage way for the audio signal. The nozzle opening is very tiny. The smallest amount of wax or moisture can cause a drastic drop in sound level . First, replace the sleeves with new sleeves to see if that restores the full level .Then, please clean the nozzle to ensure it is not clogged. Over 90% of the earphones returned to Shure for service are not defective, but clogged. Some times, the wax is not visible to the eye, as it is either too small of an amount or is further up inside the earphone where it can not be seen. Even the smallest, non-visible amount can dramatically affect the output level . If you have the discontinued E4 or SCL4 model, replace the nozzle with a spare one supplied in the package. Simply unscrew the silver ring to replace the nozzle.If moisture gets in the nozzle due to cleaning or intense exercise, the earphone may cut out until it dries. Let the earphones sit overnight and then see if the sound level is restored . Shure has introduced new foam sleeves that include a wax filter. Thus, when earwax gets caught in the wax filter, simply changing the sleeves will often bring back the proper sound of the earphones

Answer:	Yes, both the 3.5 mm main plug as well as the pins connecting to the drive units appear to be gold plated.

Answer:	The headset comes with a detachable cord that plugs into the phone with a standard 1/4 inch jack, and the other end accepts the left and right earpieces. This arrangement is very handy if you need to replace the cord sometime in the future, since you can just order and pay for the cord alone should the cord wear out

Answer:	The M6 PRO comes with both a stereo and a mic cable that are interchangeable. The M6 PRO is an in-ear monitor, as the X1 is a sports headphone, which does not have interchangeable cables.
Question:	If you're looking for some headphones like these for music performances; Is the 1st or 2nd generation better? Is volume control better than monitor
Answer:	I have never tried the 1st generation but can tell you that the second generation model is outstanding. We are transitioning to in ears for our praise team and the feedback from members is very positive. You will need a personal monitor amp of some type to get the volume needed. We are using the Behringer Powerplay P1 units. The drummers especially like being able to hear their mix without having to set floor monitor levels above the drum volume. Reduced stage sound levels and elimination of feedback are huge advantages. The sound level and clarity of the M6PRO2 is outstanding. Adding a click track has also made the performances very tight. I recommend these in ears to anyone who wants to improve their performance.

Question:	Are these wireless? i have an iphone 7plus. will these work on it
Answer:	They should unless you really whip your head when running and don't run the chord around the back of the ear and over the top. I'm a drummer and I wear these by running the chord up my back and over the tops of my ears. While I'm not a "head banging" player, I do at times shake/bob my head jerk it side-to-side and these stay put. The chord closest to the buds is somewhat stiff and can be bent into shape, so it works well "molding" over the top of the ear. This helps keep the bud in the ear.
Question:	What’s the difference between the Pro model and regular one
Answer:	Hi, these headphones are very good at blocking out talking in the office. I often use them precisely for that reason and commonly don't have any music playing from them while at work so I can focus better. They're sort of like ear plugs in that way. You'll still hear some outside noise while wearing these but they do a good job of drowning out nearby talking.
Question:	Where could I get cable conector
Answer:	They will work just fine. I would suggest getting the triple-flange replacement tips (EATFL1-6) so they sit in the ear better and stay in while playing better. The single driver won't give you amazing sound but this is a great entry-level IEM. I use custom Ultimate Ears UE11 Pro's on stage most of the time but always have these SE215's in my gear kit as back-up; that said, the rest of my band used these as their standard IEM without complaint (these are what come with the Shure wireless IEM system). I did use these at a couple shows when my UE's cable went wonky and they did just fine. On a daily basis I actually use these when I go running or go to the gym and they are fantastic for that! As a drummer my suggestion would be to go with the UE11 custom - those are specially tuned for better bass response for drummers and bass players (and have quad drivers)... but if $1200 is too much for you, these $99 Shure are a good alternative. Just get those triple-flange tips too!

Answer:	If you want protection there are vids out there about using Radians Custom Molded Earplugs CEP001 to make these more like custom monitors. I can hear finger snaps and hand claps easily while wearing these if not playing audio so I wouldn't depend on these for protection as is. I've used the raidans mod on regular headphones and used them at the gun range in a pinch.

When I’m performing live music, I do use the pro. But not enough difference to matter if just listening to music.

Question:	Are these water/sweat resistant
Answer:	expected battery life is 300-500 charges. (for most people 3-5 years of use). No word on replacing batteries. You would probably have to send the unit to them for repair/replacement and pay whatever the fee would be for the new battery. Mine has worked perfectly and I do 7 shows a week (3 hour that the battery is engaged) for about 6 months now. Very happy with the product.

Answer:	I too have hearing issues. There is no problem with volume. You'll hear everything loud and clear. That is, provided you're using decent IEMs. I use the FiiO FH7s. The while setup works flawless and sounds fantastic.

Answer:	I think there would be enough room. In my case I use a XLR to 1/4 adapter on the transmitter and then plug that into the monitor send on our Yamaha board. The other monitor send is directly above it and that also is connected to a separate monitor amp, there is plenty of room on our board for both connections.
