Answer:	I don’t know if it could capture drum, but do not buy this product. Look at the specs on the AKG website and you will see it needs 2-12 volts and cannot work with standard phantom power. You need a special phantom power supply which is hard to find and costs about $90. Look for a mic that uses 9-54 volts.

Answer:	Hello Matias,Both! You would need a wireless transmitter for the wireless function. The C519 ML package includes a mini-XLR cable and the unique A400 adapter plate for easy mounting onto wireless body-pack transmitters PT40/45/450/470. Answer:	This microphone does not work with standard phantom power. The attached chord will only work with a B23L phantom power adapted ($99.00) which supplies the phantom power needed (with warnings that standard phantom power will harm the mic). Further, the only output from the B23L is a stereo 1/4 jack. Do not buy this microphone. The C519ML comes with an adaptor that goes from mini XLR to standard XLR and can be plugged straight into a phantom powered PA or to any phantom power supply. The 519 is a great mic . It's more money (usually $248) but you can actually use it. You have to dig deep into the specs to see that the 516 requires 2-12 volts rather than the standard phantom power. Even AKG website does not make this clear.
