Answer:	I think it would help. Although this product works well, I thought it would be a larger cup (according to comparing the weights with others available on Amazon). Answer:	Yes, I did; for cigarette's mixed with car perfume. It made a significant difference for awhile, but I think I would need to treat the car again. Also, it's been shut, outside in the heat and not used, so that might be a factor.

Question:	True Hepa Filtration is 99.7% however this model states only 99%. Which percentage does it actually filtrate
Answer:	Hi Rachel! At this point in time, our machines use a very high-quality HEPA Type material, so they are trapping 99% of particles. Question:	Does this have an ionizer.... If so can it be turned off
Answer:	No, the FLEX has no ionizer so there's nothing to turn off. It is an excellent product. I own 2 of them.
Question:	How many filters are there ...are they available
Answer:	There is one filter in the unit. There is the hepa filter and an outer filter to capture large particulate. I vacuum the out filter ever 1-2 weeks to make the filter as a whole last longer. I got my unit in the fall and haven't had to change the filter yet. I'm guesiing it will be 1-2 times a year. When you get a new filter, there are several styles to choose from depending in your need. I filter the air mainly for dust. But you can fet filters that get rid of odors etc. Hope this helped!

Answer:	I guess it depends how long mothballs were in the dresser. It didnt permanently remove smell from an old cedar chest.

1. PLACE NEAR ODOR, ON AIR VENTS & IN DUCTS

For a breath of fresh air, remove the SMELLEZE Pouches from the outer plastic bags and simply place them near odors, in air ducts, and on return air vents without blocking the air flow.

You can use fans or open windows to increase air circulation for quicker results. SMELLEZE is also totally portable so feel to move it around to get the maximum benefit.

2. REJUVENATE IN SUN

Place the SMELLEZE Pouches in direct sunlight for a day to rejuvenate and reuse. Turn the pouches around after a few hours to ensure that both sides get rejuvenated. For the best results, place the pouches on aluminum foil during rejuvenation to maximize the solar energy treatment.

Rejuvenation will still work to some extend during cloudy days and in the winter but may be less effective.

3. REJUVENATE IN MICROWAVE

Place the SMELLEZE Pouches in a microwave and heat them at the low setting for 2-3 minutes. Turn them around after 30 second intervals to ensure the bag doesn’t get burnt. The bag will feel moist after about 2 minutes which is expected. Continue to heat for another minute after this to dry completely. Wait to cool off or remove with an oven mitten for safety and reuse the pouches.

4. REUSE FOR YEARS
